Psychologist Marta korsak

Not everything can be fixed.
But not everything has to be experienced alone.

I help people with depression, those in mourning, and those coping with illness and death – their own or those of loved ones.

WHO IS THIS HELP FOR?

This support is aimed at people experiencing depression, long-term low mood, feelings of emptiness, or a loss of meaning. Support is also available to those experiencing grief, a life crisis, or those accompanying loved ones through a serious illness. If daily functioning has become more difficult or you feel you can’t cope on your own, talking to a psychologist can be the first step towards change.

This place is for you if:

  • you are depressed and feel empty, even when “everything works”
  • you are functioning, but without meaning
  • you are supporting someone through a serious illness
  • you are afraid of death – your own or someone else’s
  • you are grieving and feel like the world is moving too fast

Depression doesn’t always look like helplessness.
Sometimes it looks like everyday life without meaning.
